Services
LEAD provides coach-led strength, performance, and sport-specific training for athletes. Programs, schedules, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Eligibility & Minors
Athletes under 18 may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the athlete's behalf and is responsible for the athlete's compliance.
Health & Assumption of Risk
Athletic training involves physical exertion and inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you (or your athlete) are in suitable physical condition to participate and should consult a physician before beginning any program. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. A separate liability waiver may be required before training.
Memberships, Payments & Cancellations
Membership fees, billing schedules, and cancellation terms are provided at sign-up and in your membership agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled per the membership agreement.
Conduct
Members must follow coach instructions and facility rules and treat staff and other athletes with respect. LEAD may suspend or terminate access for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree that LEAD may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry and our programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Photos & Media
Photos and videos may be taken at our facilities. Unless you notify us in writing that you opt out, you grant LEAD permission to use images of you or your athlete for promotional purposes.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and training materials are owned by LEAD and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." Results vary and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEAD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
